Smartphone maker Vivo has officially teased its upcoming V-series device, the Vivo V60 5G, ahead of its India launch. A dedicated promotional page has gone live on the company’s official channels, offering a glimpse of the device’s redesigned form factor and color variants.
The teaser confirms three finishes—Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Grey. The blue variant sports a back panel with a subtle wavy texture, and the smartphone features a quad-curved display with a minimalistic build. The design marks a shift from the previous generation with a reshaped camera module and more refined visuals.
The camera array has also undergone changes. Vivo has adopted a pill-style housing for the main cameras. The setup includes two grouped lenses and an adjacent sensor, while a compact Aura light sits below. The design suggests an emphasis on symmetry and function.
While Vivo hasn’t confirmed the complete specifications, the smartphone is expected to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 released earlier in China. The Indian variant is likely to offer a similar camera configuration, which includes a 50MP primary sensor, a secondary 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 50MP telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom. A 100x digital zoom is also teased.
The teaser additionally confirms a 6500mAh battery capacity, which would be a notable upgrade in the V-series lineup. Other hardware details remain under wraps, with more information anticipated in the lead-up to launch.
No official date has been announced, but the Vivo V60 5G is expected to debut in India around August 12, based on early reports and the current pace of promotions.
